2009 Key West Race is an international regatta that will provide both
individual and team competition. This event will be organized and
conducted by Premiere Racing, Inc., which will have the authority to
reject or rescind the entry of any boat before the start of the
first race. An International Jury will interpret the rules and
conditions of the race and decide any protests. The fleet will be
divided into divisions and classes at the discretion of the Race
