is calculated from the pickup point to the drop off point. And
is subject to adjustment, dependant on routes taken. Within
the online reservation system is an auto-calculation for the pickup
to drop off point, including state fees. The information below
is for information purposes to assist you prior to completing an
online reservation. If you have any questions, please don't

Mile: $4.00/mile

to minimize the distance between pick up and drop off point.)
State Permit Fee: $60 per state
line crossed. |
